Comments:
Niki is a girl who wears her love of nerdery and big, bold DC superheroes on her sleeve.  Now normally I’d try and suggest something to perhaps challenge someone and draw them out of their comfort zone, but I think this collection is something Niki would really enjoy.  Basically, each week for 12 weeks, DC released a newsprint comic featuring 16 different serialized stories.  Each issue had one page from each of the creative teams involved, much like the old colour Sunday comics that one would find in the newspaper.  All of these stories have been collected in this OVERSIZED volume which really showcases the beautiful artwork contained within.  This book makes a great display item and conversation piece, in addition to being a very entertaining read.
