Empty's Theme Park

I’ve ordered this shirt from teefury because of course I did.

Speaking of clothes, I went shopping yesterday.  It was a traumatic experience.  I learned that a lot of hip, trendy stores don’t make clothes in men’s sizes and I don’t want to walk around in the two sizes too small shirt looking like a hardcore d-bag (ok….maybe it’s more the fact that I’m fat than the douchebaggery, but the result is the same).  So, I’m going to have to check out Old Navy or the Tent ‘N Tarp Expo for some summer wear sometime soon.

My lower back has been killing me lately.  I’m not sure if the cause is my bed or work environment, or if I just busted it doing something.  In any event, ow.

I’m planning on giving C25K a shot soon.  I ordered an armband for my iPhone and a pair of headphones that won’t pop out of my ear every two seconds….so I plan to get started once those arrive.  I’m hoping that my brace and orthotics give me enough support that my bum ankle doesn’t give out.

I’ve largely recovered from playing softball the other weekend, which is good since I will be doing it again this Thursday to Sunday.  If I post anything on Monday, it will likely be audio of me moaning.  Not in a good way.

As I mentioned earlier, I fell asleep watching Super 8 last night.  I’m not sure if this was due to my failing condition or if it was just boring.  Having finished it this morning, perhaps both.  I also watched Moneyball, which I enjoyed a fair deal more, and that was a movie about sports and math.

To sum up:

I’m old and fat but I have good taste in t-shirts.
