Day 1 of C25K complete. 

The actual functionality of the app sucks.  When in lock screen, the audio prompts didn’t work.  At the end of the workout it wanted to post Twitter,  but linked the wrong account. As far as I can tell, there’s no way to change it.  

Also, I think my boulder-like torso crushed my matchstick-like legs.
